In 1971, Marguerite Redolfi and her son Jean-Claude created this establishment putting into use for their guests their experience and know-how. Today, Cécile Lucas-Redolfi has taken up the torch alongside her father with enthusiasm.

Each day, more than 50 people work behind the scenes, attentive to your needs and well-being.

The delicacies of our restaurant "La Table de Pauline" are orchestrated by Sébastien Giustetto, the maître d’hôtel, and by Vianney Massignac, the executive chef, who offer a colourful and flavourful cuisine, with sometimes surprising combinations.
