"CURIST" AND CLIMATIC RATES
Except from May 1st to September 30th. Choose the low season for your course and benefit from our exceptional climate. Rates are for stays of at least three weeks, with service charges and linens included (housework is extra).

Studios are allocated according to availability.
Third and fourth people: 7€ per person per day
Visitor's tax: 0,80€ per person per day
Animals: 6€ per day.
From March 17th to November 30th at the Villa Borghese:
Breakfast service:
- Continental breakfast buffet at the Villa Borghese: 13.50€
Half-board: breakfast and either lunch or dinner at the Villa Borghese: 40€
At your disposal: Laundry facilities with washing machine, dryer, and iron with ironing board.
Heated pool (22°C) from mid-April till mid-October, weather permitting - free access to the tennis courts at the Villa Borghèse (from March 17th to November 30th)

PRE-PAYMENT DISCOUNT : Reserve and pre-pay before January 15, and receive a 12% discount. For a premature departure, the discount is reduced to 5% and the balance is reimbursed. |
