In 1971, Marguerite Redolfi and her son Jean-Claude created this establishment, putting into use their experience and expertise at the service of their guests. Later on, Cécile Lucas-Redolfi has taken up the torch with enthusiasm alongside her father.
Bruno Ribeyre, the manager, and his entire team will always welcome you with professionalism and kindness, as well as a touch of humour to put you at ease… You will feel known and recognized, without restraint.
Each day, more than 50 people work behind the scenes, attentive to your needs and well-being.
The delicacies of our restaurant “La Table de Pauline” are orchestrated by Sébastien Giustetto, the maître d’hôtel, and by Franck Pujol, the executive chef, who offers a cuisine full of colours and flavours cuisine, with sometimes surprising combinations.
