Gastronomic cuisine and provençal flavours
The delicacies of our restaurant “La Table de Pauline” are orchestrated by Sébastien Giustetto, the maître d’hôtel, and by Franck Pujol, the executive chef, who offer a cuisine full of colours and flavours, with sometimes surprising but always tasty combinations…
We have been rewarded by a “Toque” from the “Gault et Millau” guide and the title of “Maître Restaurateur”. We are also part of an association: “Haute-Provence Gourmande” which promotes the cuisine of Provence.
Each recipe is thought and created with a spirit of balance and authenticity.
Depending on the season, you will appreciate “Foie Gras de Canard et sa déclinaison d’Agrumes” (Duck Foie Gras with Citrus), “Carré d’Agneau en Croûte d’Herbes” (Rack of Lamb with Aromatic Herbs) or “Dos de Cabillaud Rôti, Risotto de Petit Epeautre Lié au Parmesan” (Roasted Cod Fillet, Spelt Risotto with Parmesan Cheese).
On Sundays, our lunch buffet “Scents and Flavours of Provence” will awaken your taste buds.
Our restaurant “La Table de Pauline” welcomes you every day for lunch between 12:15 and 2pm, and from 7:15 to 9pm for dinner.
