Studio with one large bed or two single beds, balcony, bathroom, separate toilets, TV set, kitchenette with refrigerator, heating plates, microwave oven, free wifi access in each studio and air conditionning (in summer).

“CURIST” AND CLIMATIC RATES
Except from May 1st to September 30th. Choose the low season for your course of treatment and benefit from our exceptional climate. Rates are for stays of at least three weeks, with service charges and linens included (housework is extra).

Third and fourth people: 7€ per person per day
Visitor’s tax: 0,70€ per person per day
Animals: 6€ per day.
From March 11th to November 10th at the Villa Borghese:
Breakfast service:
– Continental breakfast buffet at the Villa Borghese: 15€
Half-board: breakfast and either lunch or dinner at the Villa Borghese: 46€
At your disposal: Laundry facilities with washing machine, dryer, and iron with ironing board.
Heated pool (22°C) from mid-April till mid-October, weather permitting – free access to the tennis courts at the Villa Borghèse

PRE-PAYMENT DISCOUNT : Reserve and pre-pay before January 15, and receive a 12% discount. For a premature departure, the discount is reduced to 5% and the balance is reimbursed.
CANCELLATIONS: Must be in writing. – If two weeks or more before arrival: full reimbursement, – If less than two weeks before arrival: two days’ stay will be deducted and the rest reimbursed.
PAYMENT: Upon departure
ARRIVAL, DEPARTURE: The studios are available at 4pm on the day of arrival and must be checked out of by 10am on the day of departure. Keys are to be picked up at the Hotel Villa Borghèse, Avenue des Thermes.
